In partnership with @royrui, we completely transformed this 3,855 sq ft lakefront property through a full gut renovation encompassing 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and multiple living, dining, and outdoor spaces.

The home was designed to feel luxurious, but not precious — refined yet deeply livable — with warm, cohesive interiors that feel both elevated and inviting.

Every inch was reimagined. The kitchen was expanded to accommodate two sinks, two dishwashers, 60 inch fridge/freezer, standalone ice maker, and an 8-burner range, while a second-floor laundry room was introduced to better support the way the home functions day to day.

We created space for both a formal dining room and a sunken lounge designed for gathering and conversation. Layered lighting played a central role throughout the home, alongside a rich mix of materials including textiles, metal, ceramic, wood, and blown glass — adding depth, warmth, and character to each space.
